Refund Policy

If the gift were broken, damaged or not working as described on our website we will replace it with the same gift or with the same value of money with another one. The customer must send us an email to shop@pixels-media.com or with 2 photos at least of the product to show what is wrong with the gift within 48 hours of delivery.
If the customer makes a mistake in the customized text, we will hold no responsibility for the final gift.
No refund is allowed on successful delivery.
In the case of failed delivery due to receiver request or out of rich, the gift will be returned to our company and the redelivery will happen upon request on the phone +201100691102, however no refund will take place.
I case of failed delivery, no reclaim or no contact for more than 30 days, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will take place.
Customized orders cannot be refunded unless agreed by the management.

Pixels-Media reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
